A chamber washing device for cleaning plastic pallets and large boxes.
- This device provides the circulation washing of plastic palletsutilising a wash solution from the tank, followed by final rinsing using clean water.
- In the event of the requirement for the disinfection of plastic pallets, the final rinse is implemented using hot water.
- A nominal capacity of up to 30 pcs per hour, in accordance with the degree of contamination and the setting of the wash cycle.
- Based on capacity requirements the possibility of producing a multi-positions or a conveyor version.
- Cleaning is implemented using an electrically-driven washing arm that rotates around the container.
- The automatic checking of the rotor position and of the door of the device.
- Tilting the box to an angle greater than 90° ensures the effective drainage of the water from the cart.
