The functions and the processes of the machines supplied

Our washing equipment and devices are utilised for the following industrial processes:

  • The cleaning and the degreasing of parts and of products for the engineering and the automotive industries.
  • The washing and cleaning of all types of packaging that are utilised in either the food or the non-food industries.
  • Drying the packaging and the parts by means of blowing or hot air drying.
  • Cleaning with an emphasis on the optical purity.
  • Degreasing and washing with the requirement ofmeeting the maximum permitted level of residual impurities.
  • Washing and disinfecting based on the necessity of ensuring bacteriological purity.
  • Rinsing and sanitation –the automatic self-cleaning of the washing equipment.
  • The opening, cleaning, brushing and rinsing, followed by the drying and closing of the packaging includingitsintegrated lid.
  • Filtering – the automatic regeneration of the washing solution by means of the two-stage filtration system.
  • The continuous separation and discharge of any biological or mechanical residues by utilising additional filtration systems (e.g. a drum filter, a spacing sieve, fine mechanical filtering, etc.).
  • Shaking off, pre-washing and soaking extremely contaminated packaging (e.g. crates).

As a matter of course supportive and complementary processes are implemented, such as:

    • The treatment of the process water to the desired values, utilising either flow filtration or reverse osmosis.
    • The treatment of the process and the waste water, utilisingeither atmospheric or vacuum distillation, including the necessary pre-treatment and neutralisation.
    • The tumbling of parts – deburring and polishing the parts for engineering operations.
