A modular conveyor one-lane washing device for cleaning EURO crates.

From the basic process of circulating washing by utilising the tank, followed by a final rinse with clean water, the equipment can be easily adapted to include additional modules that ensure the separation of the individual zones, the pre-washing and the disinfecting of the crates or either blowing them with air or using hot air drying.
The nominal capacity of between 250 to 2500 pcs per hour in 1 lane, in accordance with the device configuration and the size of the cratesand their degree of contamination.
Cleaning the sortedcrates arranged upside down in either a longitudinal or a transverse position, including an upper holding system utilised when washing crates of various heights (120-300 mm).
