Dear friends, we would like to take this opportunity to introduce a new product of its type on the European market for the cleaning and degreasing of returnable plastic containers, blister packs, pallets and other items.

This particular item of equipment has been installed by the company Fides Group BV, which specialises in cleaning for contractual partners.

Tests of washing returnable plastic containers, blister packs and pallets, conducted by companies like Bosch, Siemens and Continental, have demonstrated that our new innovative solutions achieve ten times better values in terms of residual contamination than competing equipment on the market.

Thanks to a newly developed system for regeneration of the rinse water, traces of detergent do not remain on the cleaned surfaces. The equipment operates within a closed system, however thorough rinsing with clean water is guaranteed. For examples containers, and especially blister packs, when washed in this type of equipment come out without any patchy areas and absolutely dry.

Another new solution that is used in this type of equipment is a system of height-adjustable washing and drying jets. This innovative solution ensures the adjustment of all the jets, throughout the entire length of the equipment, to the optimal distance from the objects that are being washed throughout the entire operation of the equipment. In the case of similar types of equipment produced by Peböck and Hobart the equipment has to be shut down and adjustments to the washing and drying jets can be carried only after stopping the functioning of the equipment.
